We all know making video games is hard. It involves a lot of different disciplines, and depending on the context there will always be many difficulties to overcome. Be it the need to practice several jobs at once, communicate, etc. Here we'll focus mainly on the game design.
Each game its own rules and while game design is subjective, it can be nice to have some feedbacks on it. Making a game is a long process. Early accesses are more and more common, but it's not always a tool you can use. This is where i can offer you my services in various ways, especially to help you have the benefit of hindsight.
The context is always important to know, as many design elements may vary depending on it. Understanding your target audience, the market size, competition will help you not only to market your game. You'll be able to have a better overview of the expected features, and scope your game accordingly.
While it may be included in the previously described service if the game is already being developed, you may also want to get some feedbacks on your game at any time. This is the service for it.
The main difference here is that we'll not only focus on the game design aspect, but on every possible aspects of the game, or the ones you asked me to review exclusively. Level design, UI/UX design, etc.
The last piece of the puzzle, and an important one. No matter what is being developed, there'll be bugs. And the time needed to take care of them is not to be neglected.
No matter the game i played, rarely did i see a released game without any bugs i often report if they weren't already. A while ago, games on consoles were less impacted due to their constraints like being on a physical cartridge and not being able to be updated. Nowadays, constraints shifted and updates are part of most games, either to fix bugs or to add new content.
Depending on your demand, I'll check everything or the requested features work as intended, find bugs and how to reproduce them and possibly suggest how to fix them.
